These terms apply to leanlinelabs.com and leanlinelabsracing.com (the “sites”), run by LeanLine Labs LLC (“LeanLine Labs,” “we”). By using the sites, you agree to them.

  1. Information only. The sites describe our company, our planned products and our own riding. Nothing on them is riding instruction, coaching for your situation, medical advice, or a safety check of you or your motorcycle. Planned products and launch dates can change.
  2. Riding is your responsibility. Motorcycle track riding and racing are dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Ride within your ability, follow your track-day organizer’s rules, and use properly maintained equipment. See our Safety and Risk Notice.
  3. Sim results are estimates. Lap-sim outputs, model-estimate laps, ghost videos and gearing studies are computer estimates based on assumptions. They are not targets, and real conditions differ.
  4. Our content. Text, graphics, logos, videos, data and the LEANLINE LABS name belong to LeanLine Labs or our licensors. You may view and share links to the sites for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.
  5. Third-party names and links. Product and company names (for example AiM, RaceBox, Garmin, Yamaha, Kawasaki, RideSmart, Circuit of The Americas (COTA) and MotorSport Ranch Houston (MSR Houston)) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or the equipment and events we use. Links to other sites are for convenience; we don’t control them.
  6. No warranties. The sites are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
  7. Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, LeanLine Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the sites. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
  8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the sites will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Galveston County, Texas.
  9. Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
